Jenni Jones wins prestigious mentoring award

Jenni Jones, who is a doctoral student and a lecturer in HRM, received the British Association for Women in Policing (BAWP) Special Recognition Award for 2011. Jenni designed a mentoring scheme for West Midlands Association of Women in Policing (WMAWP) as part of her PhD project on mentoring processes.
