Digital Print Services

DPS - Key Update

In this tough economic climate, the University is closing its internal print service.

We are extremely grateful to the Digital Print Services team for their hard work, dedication and service to the University over the years. We wish them all the very best for the future.

Deadline: Wednesday 18 June 2025  for in-house print orders

The in-house service will come to an end on Friday 18 July 2025. To ensure a smooth transition, we kindly request that you submit any outstanding printing requests through Skyline by 18 June 2025. Please ensure that all completed jobs are collected by Monday 30 June 2025. While we will do our best to accommodate requests submitted after 18 June 2025, depending on the nature of the work, we may not be able to accept them.

What this means for student printing

Students can continue to access printing services through our external suppliers or directly through the City of Wolverhampton Council, Digital Print Solutions, where they can access this through either their website https://digitalprintsolutions.wolverhampton.gov.uk or email digitalprintsolutions@wolverhampton.gov.uk

For added convenience, students can also drop into the main reception of the City of Wolverhampton Council, Civic Centre, St. Peter's Square, Wolverhampton, WV1 1SH.

Managing our office printers (Multi-Function Devices MFDs)

To ensure our shared printers remain in good working order, we've added a simple way to report any issues. You will find a QR code displayed on each printer. If you need to report a paper refill or encounter any technical problems, please scan the QR code. This will direct you to the Estates & Facilities online portal where you can log a job.
