Network issues affecting online resources

There are network issues on campus that are restricting access to some of our resources.

UPDATE 11:20am

JISC have confirmed that they have fixed the issue. All our resources should be accessible on campus once again.

9:50am

JISC have confirmed that there are network issues preventing access to any services hosted by Amazon Web Services. Currently this includes:

  • Summon - the library catalogue
  • ProQuest databases

JISC are aware of the issue and are working towards resolving it, but they cannot give us a definite timeline yet.

This issue only affects access from on campus. All our services are accessible as normal from off campus.
