LIS are providing a series of workshops for teaching and research on the staff development programme. The aim of the teaching toolbox is to provide staff with the essential tools to make the most of LIS resources and services in your teaching. It will cover ways of sourcing and preparing material for your modules, as well as inspire some ideas for embedding information and digital literacy skills in your courses.

These will be useful sessions if you are involved in curriculum design and development or for staff involved with Learning Works. You may attend the whole day of six sessions or sign up for one or more depending on your interest.

LIS are providing a series of workshops for students at Wolverhampton City Campus and Walsall Campus. The workshops cover searching skills, exploring journal articles, organising your research, referencing, and using EndNote. So if you want to learn something new to help your studies or just to brush up on your skills, check out the new timetable and book a session.

New ID cards have recently been posted out to returning students who have completed their enrolment. If you have not received your card though the post yet, it should arrive within the next week.

Please note that these cards will not be activated until the 1st November. You will need to continue using your old card until this date.
