Sending University Wide Emails

There are designated staff in Service Departments who are allowed to send out an email to the University staff mailing list (Staff) and the University student mailing list (Student). If the infomation to be circulated meets the requirements outlined, please contact one of the relevant members of staff listed below.

To send an email out to all staff or students:

  • open a new email
  • select the To button
  • type Staff in the Select Names box (or student to email all students)
  • two Staff entries will be displayed (there is only one student entry)
  • select the one with the heads on the icon, as shown on the screen below

The following staff have permission to send emails on behalf of the University to all staff accounts.

Requests for any amendments to this list should be made to MaC.
