When a new member of staff is employed they will need an IT Account to use the University computers and IT facilities.

New Members of Staff
The new member of staff's Line Manager should complete the form. Once the form is completed, it should be signed by the new member of staff, (who has to agree to the Conditions of Use of IT Facilities), and their Line Manager and returned to IT Services.
