Colin Addy Director of IT Services		Overall responsibility for IT Services and University IT and IS strategies.

Mike Griffiths Assistant Director, Resourcing and Operational Quality		Governance, audit, policy and procedures; staffing and financial management; IT security; IT asset management; support of existing finance and HR systems. More Information

Dean Harris Assistant Director, ICT Infrastructure		Responsible for the overall University IT infrastructure including enterprise and solutions architecture, solutions implementation and core infrastructure including core business applications, datacentres, end-user devices, virtualisation, network and telephony. Nici Cooper Assistant Director, Service Support		Responsible for the overall provision of service delivery support to IT Services users. More Information

Matthew Green Assistant Director, Academic and Learning Support		Responsible for the overall provision of learning technologies, training, communications and academic support services provided by IT Services. More Information

Jane Caddick Management Consultant, Business Learning and Information Systems		Providing professional services to support the University’s Information Systems Strategy and ICT projects and developments. More Information

Simon Brimble Third Line Support Manager		Analysis and resolution of complex technical issues escalated by the Second Line Support Team. More Information

Sharon McKoy Second Line Support Manager		Provision of IT and AV support and installation of IT equipment across the University. More Information
