Entry requirements for students from Turkmenistan

International Foundation Year

┼×ahadatnama orta blim hakynda - Certificate of Complete Secondary Education

Students with a minimum score of 3 would be eligible for the International Foundation Year.

IELTS 5.5 with a minimum of 5.5 in all components is also required.

Undergraduate

Diplom yörite orta bilim barada - Diploma of Specialised Secondary Education

Students with a minimum score of 3 5 would be eligible for entrance to Bachelor programmes.

Postgraduate

Ýokary bilim hakynda ┼čahadatnama - Specialist Diploma

Students who have completed a Specialist Diploma after 2007 from a NARIC or government recognised institution can normally be considered for admission onto a Master’s degree:

A score of 4 is considered comparable to a UK 2:1

A score of 3 is considered comparable to a UK 2:2

A score of less than 3 is considered comparable to a UK 3 and would require the completion of a pre-master’s course. 

English Language Requirements

English language requirements vary by course and department but are usually the equivalent of IELTS 6.0 with 5.5 in every component.

Tuberculosis (TB) certificate required.
