Entry requirements for students from Kazakhstan

International Foundation Year

Oрта білім туралы аттестат - Certificate of Completed Secondary Education

 Students with a minimum score of 3.5 / 5 would be eligible for the International Foundation Year.

IELTS 5.5 with a minimum of 5.5 in all components is also required.

Undergraduate

Диплом о среднем профессиональном образовании – Diploma of Secondary Vocational Education

Students with a minimum score of 3.5 / 5 would be eligible for entrance to Bachelor programmes

Postgraduate

Диплом бакалавра / Диплом специалиста – Bachelor degree / Specialist Diploma

Students who have completed a Bachelor degree or Specialist Diploma from a NARIC or government recognised institutions can normally be considered for admission onto a Master’s degree.

A score of 4.5 /5is considered comparable to a UK 2:1

A score of 4 /5 is considered comparable to a UK 2:2

A score of less than 4 is considered comparable to a UK 3 and would require the completion of a pre-master’s course

English Language Requirements

English language requirements vary by course and department but are usually the equivalent of IELTS 6.0 with 5.5 in every component. 

Country Specific Border Requirements

Tuberculosis (TB) certificate required.
