Entry requirements for students from Hungary

Undergraduate

Érettségi Bizonyítvány – Secondary Education Graduation Certificate

Students with a score of  4 or jó can normally be considered for admission onto Bachelor programmes 

Postgraduate

FÅ‘iskolai Oklevél / Egyetemi Oklevél / Alapfokozat

Students who have completed a Bachelor degree from a NARIC or government recognised institution can normally be considered for admission onto a Master’s degree.

FÅ‘iskolai Oklevél

A score of 4.5 is considered comparable to a UK 2:1

A score of 3.5 is considered comparable to a UK 2:2

A score of less than 3.5 is considered comparable to a UK 3 and would require the completion of a pre-masters course

 

Egyetemi Oklevél / Alapfokozat

A score of 4 is considered comparable to a UK 2:1

A score of 3is considered comparable to a UK 2:2

A score of less than 3 is considered comparable to a UK 3 and would require the completion of a pre-masters course

English Language Requirements

English language requirements vary by course and department but are usually the equivalent of IELTS 6.0 with 5.5 in every component.
