The International Centre plans and coordinates the University’s international strategy, including recruitment, transnational education (TNE), short courses, staff exchanges, and international visits/events.
The recruitment team will support applicants through the application process which we know can be complicated and we can advise on visa applications and any financial concerns you may have. We will make sure that all of your queries about applying to the university are answered and that the experience is as smooth as possible.
We attend recruitment fairs all over the world as we like to meet as many applicants as we can before they arrive in the UK. The team is split into Regional Managers but any member of the team can still help!
The Transnational Education (TNE) Team in the International Centre takes strategic responsibility for developing and managing the University’s TNE partnerships. The Team oversee day-to-day operations, and provide expert guidance to academic schools and partner institutions on policy, procedures and good practice, with a view to embed enhancements in the management of TNE generally and the overall TNE student experience.
We also host delegations from all over the world and this takes careful planning to ensure expectations are achieved and, we hope, exceeded. The delegations can often be seen participating in guided tours around the University, gaining first-hand knowledge of the excellent facilities and great staff we have here at the University of Wolverhampton!
