Language World 2014
On Friday 4th and Saturday 5th April, Angela Molinari Head of LNfE (Language Networks for Excellence) at the University of Wolverhampton was a speaker at Language World 2014 organised by ALL (The Association for Language Learning) at the University of Lancaster.
The event was attended by special guest Larry Lamb who spoke of the need to support and further develop languages in the school arena to improve employability chances. Angela presented one of the seminars on CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) and discussed in detail the research, contextualisation and impact of the EU funded projects: ISPY, Going Places with Languages in Europe and Languages in Media, which LNfE has worked on over the last 3 years. These projects have developed innovative ICT-based language resources.
