When and where to arrive

Your welcome letter should include details of when you need to arrive and the date of your course induction (copies will also be available in eVision). It is essential that you attend this programme as it introduces your course, your tutors and your fellow students, as well as helping you sort out anything you're not sure about.

What to do when you arrive

In addition to the pre-arrival checklist, there are some key things you should do after arrival:

• Confirm your attendance and identity
• Get your University ID card
• Register your modules and check the University timetable for details about when and where your modules take place
• Register with a doctor and dentist - see NHS England website (opens in new window)
