All written reports to the Board of Governors must be
submitted with a completed summary coversheet using the forms
below.
Please remember all reports must be submitted to the Corporate
Strategy and Governance Unit in sufficient time to ensure that
papers are printed and ready for dispatch to members of the Board
three weeks before the date of the meeting. The Board will
not normally be prepared to receive papers submitted late or
without a completed cover sheet.

Completed coversheets should then be submitted with related
papers to the Corporate Strategy and Governance Unit,
University of Wolverhampton, Wulfruna Street, Wolverhampton, WV1
1SB.
The papers must be sumbitted in sufficient time to ensure that
papers are prepared and dispatched to members of the
Board, at least three weeks before the date of the meeting. A
