Our graduates have taken up employment in the food and water industries as managers, technicians or research staff. Graduates from Animal Behaviour and Wildlife Conservation enter into employment with organisations in both the public and voluntary sectors, such as Natural England, The Wildlife Trust and the RSPB. The Environmental Health degree, which is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, can lead to a career as an Environmental Health Practitioner within local councils or the private sector.

We have strong links with local employers, arranging regular visits for our students to workplaces in order to learn more about current work practice.
