Our fully equipped, purpose built Technology Centre based in Wolverhampton houses the School of Technology and is designed to enhance your learning experience.

Everything you need is at hand, with easy access to modern equipment, cutting-edge research and specialised facilities.

You can develop your skills in this advanced, professional learning environment which provides space for teaching, research and consultancy. There’s an open access IT deck with over 400 high specification PCs running professional, industry standard software. Areas are set aside for postgraduate and group work, meaning you will always find space when you need it. The University also has one of the largest single area wireless networks in UK Higher Education, allowing you to work anywhere on campus, whenever suits you.

The University supports and encourages Blended Learning – the Wolverhampton Online Learning Framework (WOLF) is a convenient online learning environment where you can access the latest study material from your own home or take part in interactive discussions no matter where you are.

You can also freely access the Microsoft Developer Network Academic Alliance (MSDNAA) website, allowing you to download free, legal and licensed copies of the latest operating systems, software development environments and specialist products such as Visual Studio.
