Taking on interns can be a great way to bring new ideas and energy to your organisation, whilst providing valuable work experience for graduates looking to start their career.
The University of Wolverhampton offers a range of voluntary and paid internships that can help you attract first class talent to your organisation.
Taking on a student or recent graduate through one of our programmes means that you get a fully managed service from a dedicated team of specialist staff. We undertake a full search and selection process, leaving you free to make the final decision from a shortlist of first class candidates.
If you are looking to recruit a graduate and are willing to offer them a minimum of £6.90 per hour, this scheme is for you. This service is available only to private sector SME businesses, registered charities or social enterprises based in the wider West Midlands region, subject to criteria.
We can find you graduates with skills in areas including Marketing, Business, IT, Science, Design and Engineering, as well as with enthusiasm and a genuine desire to gain experience. We also offer a FREE payroll service to SME employers (up to 250 employees) using this service.
For more information on the scheme please see our information guide.
‘The most cost-effective and risk-free way to attract first class talent to your organisation.’
Graduates are looking for meaningful opportunities and the chance to prove themselves in a dynamic workplace - ideally in an environment where in time they can make a real difference and be fairly rewarded for hard work and showing initiative.
If you are struggling to recruit the kind of candidates that have oodles of get-up-and-go and enterprise, along with strong creative thinking capabilities and the ability to communicate effectively, then you really need to talk to our team. We are talking to these kind of graduates and students every day of the week.
We can match a student or graduate to either your specific project requirements or longer term recruitment needs.
For this scheme there is no additional personnel on your headcount as we will look after the payroll and where applicable National Insurance and tax.
