Where: Wolverhampton Business Solutions Centre, Wolverhampton Science Park

Duration: Three half-day workshops plus tailored one-to-one mentoring support at your place of work and access to online resources. The course will last three to four months dependent on workshop attendance. Workshops will be held once every six to eight weeks.

Relevant for aspiring sales professionals and  operational managers who need to have a good understanding of the sales function, this introductory course will provide the tools needed to achieve individual and organisational sales targets and to accelerate career progression in sales and/or management.

This programme is delivered by Winning Pitch and accredited by the University of Wolverhampton. Successful completion of the programme will give you accelerated entry to the Postgraduate Certificate in Sales Management.

Building on the tools developed during the first master class, you will be able to establish the objectives you need to pursue in order to grow your organisation and create a three-year strategy that highlights and measures the key developmental milestones needed to achieve the set objectives.

Your ability to find, win and retain customers will have a significant impact on your ability to achieve your growth aspirations. This final master class introduces the tools needed to identify; communication with and sell to, your customers

Entry requirements

To join the programme, you need to be employed in a sales role and be able to apply tools and techniques learnt to your own organisation.
