We will try to accommodate all your needs to ensure your visit is stress free and meets your anticipated outcomes.

Your booking

Your booking is inclusive of the following for 2 representatives:

• Display table, table cloth and two chairs, laid out as you wish.  Promotional stands can be accommodated. If your stand is larger than 850 x 2000mm please indicate your space requirement on the booking form
• Limited free parking available at the university on a first come first served basis
• Central point for unloading adjacent to the Student Union Centre prior to parking
• Student support for setting up and clearing away
• Hot and cold beverages served morning and afternoon for all representatives
• Lunch vouchers for the two representatives
• Free marketing and publicity for all exhibitors through our website, e-marketing, promotional literature and social networking sites
• WiFi internet connection available on request

Additional representatives will be charged at £10 per head, inclusive of lunch vouchers.
