About the course

The LLM Professional Practice will allow you to develop in-depth knowledge of an area of law of your choosing. This can be inspired by an academic area or a legal issue pertinent to your current expertise in legal practice.

You will study research methods and then complete a dissertation on the topic of your choice. There are no taught classes so you can fit your study around your existing commitments, but you will be provided with a supervisor for one-to-one advice and support.

The course is underpinned by internationally recognised and new emerging research. It will challenge your thinking and stimulate your academic aspirations in the further specialist study of law.
