On Monday 6 February 2012 we are encouraging everyone to enjoy a low-carbon lunch with us as part of Go Green Week.
Two low-carbon dishes will be added to the daily menu this week which will use ingredients of produce that is locally sourced, fresh and seasonal to help minimise the carbon emissions from production, travel and transport.
