Biography Paschal has had managerial experience in the banking industry both abroad and in the UK before joining the academic community. During his industry experience, he specialised in wealth creation, investment management and corporate banking. Paschal is currently leading the core Human Resource Management (HRM) module on the MBA and the Post-graduate degree programmes and teaches both in the UK and abroad. He is currently the post-graduate tutor for the Ph.D students within the Business School. Paschal has presented his research works at local and international conferences and continues to publish in nationally and internationally reputable journals. He is a member of the editorial board of different academic and practitioner journals including International Journal of Management Practice. Paschal is widely travelled and enjoys what he does as a member of the academic community.

Internal Marketing, Service Quality, Leadership & Trust, Employee & Organisational Behaviour, Phenomenology, Employee & Customer Orientation.

Current Project: "Empirical testing and validation of the relationship between internal marketing and employee performance: a cross-national survey."

As an ERAS fellow, Paschal is currently leading a funded cross-national project in collaboration with other international experts from the School of Business Monash University, Sunway (Malaysia) and Clayton (Australia) campuses. The project is aimed at helping managers using the internal marketing concept to drive employee behaviour and performance within their organisations.
