Current Project: "Empirical testing and
validation of the relationship between internal marketing and
employee performance: a cross-national survey."
As an ERAS fellow, Paschal is currently
leading a funded cross-national project in collaboration
with other international experts from the School of Business Monash
University, Sunway (Malaysia) and Clayton (Australia) campuses. The
project is aimed at helping managers using the internal marketing
concept to drive employee behaviour and performance within their
organisations.
