Step is a work experience programme for graduates and undergraduates who have studied or are studying for a degree in any discipline at the University of Wolverhampton.
We offer first class placement opportunities in businesses across the West Midlands, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire.
There are a number of placement options:
On placements lasting 24 weeks or under you will be paid a tax-free training allowance of £215 a week.
You will be supported throughout by our STEP placements team, who source the opportunities, match suitable candidates and deal with all the administration.
Open to all degree disciplines, STEP is an ideal opportunity to get that first bit of credible work experience to add to your CV. Recently several graduates placed through the programme have successfully secured further employment at the company they were placed with.
