Here's a step-by-step run through of how to create your own eProspectus.

Log in to the system

First-time visitor?

1. Visit: http://myprospectus.wlv.ac.uk/
2. Enter your email address
3. Click 'I'm a new user'
4. Hit the Submit button
5. Fill out the brief form which now appears
6. Click 'Submit' to log in

If you're a returning visitor you can log in with the email and address and password you created the first time you came to the site. Forgotten your password? No problem, just click 'lost your password' to be emailed a reminder.

Your courses

1. Add – selecting this option will add the course to your e-prospectus
2. View – select view when you want to see your e-prospectus and the courses you have added so far
3. Print – will print of all the details of the course you are currently viewing 

Add as many courses you are interested in and then select ‘view’ to print off your e-prospectus or email it

The E-Prospectus Tool

When you are ready and have added the courses that you require and selected ‘view’ you will be taken to the e-prospectus tool where you can add more information that you may require.

Additional School information

1. Choose information about one or more of our Academic Schools if you'd like to by checking the appropriate 'Add it' box.
2. Choose 'View details' to go to the Academic School's website - then use the browser's back button to go back to your eProspectus home page.

1. Choose one more optional extras on the support we offer our students by clicking in the appropriate 'Add it' box

Ready to build your eProspectus?

• Yes? Then click 'Build my prospectus' at the bottom of the page
  • You'll be asked to open or save an Adobe PDF file
• No? You can go back and add or remove more courses, School information and Additional info. You can even leave the site and come back later - your choices will be saved in My eProspectus.
• Email - You can also email the PDF to yourself by selecting the Email button

Log out ... and come back soon!

When you've finished, simply click the 'Logout' button at the top of the page.
You can come back later if you'd like to add, amend or get a copy of your own personal eProspectus. Your choices are saved in our system, ready when you are!
