We recognise that this represents both a significant personal and financial commitment, so we offer a wide range of support and expertise to help you make the most of your time at University.

If you’re not sure who to talk to, or contact, then ask at any of the offices below – if we can’t help you, we know someone who can!

For help with the administration and organisation of your time at University

For advice on anything and everything else – from directions and bus timetables to accessing all of the University's Student Support Services. 

Your Personal Tutor and your School Office are available for advice and information specific to your Academic School and course

For confidential, impartial,  general and  specialist advice

e:Vision Helpdesk

You are encouraged to use our online Student Office Helpdesk, available through e:Vision, to answer any queries you may have. Here, you can view the Frequently Asked Questions pages, or log a new help call if you cannot find an answer. We will confirm receipt of your query and send you an email advising you when we have resolved your query.

Gateway Services

At City Campus, the Student Gateway is located in MB Building across the way from the Harrison Learning Centre and next to the Millennium City Building. Here you can make appointments and obtain information and advice about the services available to you.

At Walsall Campus the Student Gateway is located in WA Building alongside the Student Office.
