Booking Process

1. Customer to complete enquiry form
2. Conference team to respond with general rates and availability, within 48 hours
3. Customer to confirm that they wish to book a site visit (if applicable)
4. Following a site visit a contract can be prepared and issued, within 3-5 working days
5. Customer to sign and return contract and deposit within 7-10 days to confirm booking
6. Booking status changed to confirmed. 
7. Facilities and agreed service provision can then be booked
