The Student Employee of the Year Awards (SEOTY) aim to recognise and promote the outstanding contributions and achievements of students who combine work with their study commitments. It has been coordinated on an annual basis by the National Association of Student Employment Services (NASES) since 2002 and has grown year on year. Students can really add something to a business and the growth in SEOTY shows that employers understand this.
A student from the University of Wolverhampton won the National Job Shop Student Employee of the Year Award in 2011, and we are hoping to follow this huge achievement with more successful nominations in other categories this year.
