The University of Wolverhampton’s stakeholder magazine
has been shortlisted for a prestigious award.
Dialogue has reached the finals of the Chartered Institute of Public
Relations PRide Awards in the External Newspaper/Magazine
category for the Midlands.
The awards recognise best practice in public relations
throughout the UK and are open to professionals from companies,
consultancies, associations, charities and government
The quarterly magazine, aimed at an external audience, was
launched in June last year and includes news, features, latest
research and profiles.
Earlier this year, WLVdialogue reached the finals of the
national Chartered Institute of Public Relations Excellence Awards
in the External Newspaper or Magazine category.
Ann Mealor, CIPR Acting Director General said: “This year more
than ever, consultancies and organisations entering the PRide
Awards want to spotlight their achievements while boosting morale -
and being a PRide finalist does just that. Having gone through
rigorous judging to reach the shortlist is a great achievement and
I offer my congratulations to all those who have reached this stage
of the competition.”
There were 1,448 entries for the PRide Awards this year and
winners will be announced on November 20 at the ICC in Birmingham.
