What you'll get for your money

Which Hall?

The University has four campuses across the West Midlands - aim to live nearest the campus that teaches your course

You can get out and about by using our free shuttle bus which runs between campuses and campus towns.

Flats

We also have a number of flats that can be rented out to students.  Flats are based at City, Compton and Walsall campus.  Flats are suitable for couples or students coming to University with their partner or spouse.  However, we are unable to accommodate young children.

Renting privately

The University has many links with local Landlords that have properties around the campuses.  All landlords are required to be a member of the Midlands Landlord Accreditation Scheme (MLAS) therefore are fully accredited to rent to students.  Rent on houses is anywhere between £35 - £60 per person per week depending on location and standard.

The University also manages a Lodgings scheme with local families.

Many homeowners will register a spare room with the University which they would like to rent out to a lodger.

The families will live in the house and rent out a room to an appropiate person.

The room will be fully furnished and inspected by a member of staff at Accommodation Services.

Lodgings are ideal for either a visting lecturer, mature or international student not wishing to live in the Halls of Residence.
