Student Wellbeing Group is here for you

The Student Wellbeing Group provides a meeting place offering mutual support, social contact, and wellbeing advice in a safe environment for students experiencing mental health difficulties.

What we do

We provide a hot drink, chat, and de-stressing activities, such as colouring and crafts, social events and talks on aspects of emotional wellbeing.

All are welcome:

Students are welcome to come and go as they please and everyone is welcome. There is no need to ‘join’ or book, just turn up as and when you want to.

We welcome students who are on a leave of absence, and recent graduates for the first 12 months following graduation. We also provide a welcome space for pre-entry students.

When and where we meet

We meet every week for 1 hr 30 minutes at City Campus, with monthly meetings at Walsall Campus on the first Wednesday of each month.

We meet on alternate Tuesdays, 1 -2.30pm in the Students’ Union Boardroom, City Campus.

Our monthly Walsall Campus meets are from 1 - 2:30pm in the Students’ Union there.
