Dr Lézelle Jacobs recently joined the Wolverhampton Law School from the University of the Free State in South Africa where she taught Insolvency and Company Law. Dr Jacobs still holds a position as a Research Associate at the University of the Free State.
In 2015 she graduated with an LLD (doctor legume) from the University of the Free State, the focus of which was Fiduciary Duties of Business Rescue Practitioners in South Africa.
Furthermore she is an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
Dr Jacobs has presented at numerous conferences, both domestic and International. She is the author of several academic articles and a contributor to several text books on Corporate Insolvency.
She is a member of Turnaround Management Association of South Africa and specialises in Corporate Insolvency, Corporate Rescue and Consumer Insolvency.
