Students who study at Westford School of Management in the United Arab Emirates graduated with their BA (Hons) Business Management degrees from the University of Wolverhampton. Here's their story of 'an evening to remember' in their own words.
On 20 September 2017, 100 students from the Class of 2017 of Westford School of Management graduated with their degrees awarded by The University of Wolverhampton. Out of this we had our first batch of BABM graduates who attended the convocation along with 75 of our MBA graduates who flew across continents to attend this special day. Best Student from MBA Cohort 9, 10 and 11 and BABAM Cohort 1 have also been awarded.
Our graduates and guests were notably impressed by the splendor of the ceremonial traditions and the grandeur of the Grand Theatre in which the ceremonies took place. Many were said to be 'bursting with pride and honor'. It was a once in a life time opportunity for many.
Westford School of Management had a special reception the previous day, which was hosted by Miceal Barden, The Dean of Faculty of Social Sciences. The occasion was graced by the presence of Deputy Vice Chancellor Dr. Anthea Gregory and the Business School.
It was truly an evening to share, connect and bond.
The relationship between Westford School of Management and The University of Wolverhampton started in 2012. Over the years we have had 13 Cohorts enrolled for MBA and 3 cohorts for BABM. It’s a half a decade of quality and trusted relationship.
Miceal Barden said: "In 2016 Westford School of Management broke all records and became the biggest partner of University of Wolverhampton (Worldwide)". It’s a statement that we promise to hold dear with a lot of pride and honor.
Mr. Hanil Haridas and Mr. Firoz Babu Thairinil accompanied the students from Dubai, UAE and represented Westford on this special occasion.
