About

Hajrija has experience of working in both multinational (MNEs) and small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), and has developed a strong research portfolio in business support, successfully supporting SMEs and connecting them to vital stakeholders in the business industry.

She has worked for European funded business projects, supporting businesses within the West Midlands, predominantly the Black Country and Marches areas, whilst performing a crucial role in the business development and delivery of business/ marketing and growth strategies for SMEs, helping to enhance performance and growth.

She has also organised and executed successful large scale events including: conventions, open days and exhibitions as well as small scale technology showcases and training workshops.

Currently she is working on a research paper on SME employment of Corporate Social Responsibilty (CSR) as well as a PhD at the University of Wolverhampton.
