Who are the meetings for?

This group is for secondary school teachers and college lecturers teaching all subjects aligned to biology, chemistry and physics to connect with each other and Wolverhampton University lecturers and staff involved in science education, promotion and outreach. The main aim is to share experiences, expertise and to promote resources to enhance science education in the West Midlands.

About the meetings

Meeting times are between 4:30pm - 6:30pm. Refreshments are provided on arrival and there will be an informal session often with a guest speaker. The session is followed by nibbles and an opportunity to network. Meetings are held at the University of Wolverhampton City Campus.

Upcoming meeting dates

  • 22nd June 2017 Our guest speaker will be Richard Bonella. He will be delivering the following talk: "Teaching Energy at Key Stages 3 and 4 - What are we trying to achieve?" For more details and to book a place, please register your attendance through Eventbrite BOOK HERE before the 19th June.
