About

I am currently employed on a fractional post basis within the Institute of Education, Post Compulsory Education (PCE) as a personal tutor on the Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) PCE.  Within the Institute I am affiliated with the CRADLE research network and have an active role in undertaking collaborative writing with colleagues.

I have been involved with Initial Teacher Training (ITE) Post Compulsory Education (PCE) since 2001, managing the University of Wolverhampton franchised provision within an FE college and have a total of 20 years’ experience of Further Education as both a lecturer and middle manager.

In August 2011, I launched a small independent training provider company which specialises in providing ITE and management training whilst maintaining my links with the University in the capacity of a visiting lecturer up until 2015 when this role became permanent but on a fractional basis.  I still maintain my business links alongside my University role.
