About

As a member of the children’s nursing team, having a real interest in creating supportive learning opportunities for students, I am committed to developing competent and compassionate children’s nurses prepared to meet the healthcare challenges of the future.

Prior to my academic career at the University of Wolverhampton, I had a varied and successful career nursing children in acute and community settings within the NHS and private sector.

My skills and interests include; paediatric intravenous therapy and parenteral nutrition, acute general paediatric nursing, practice learning, paediatric clinical skills, and problem based learning.
