About

I joined the University of Wolverhampton in 2015 having completed my MA Education from the Staffordshire University with a dissertation on “Managers’ contribution to support Newly Qualified Nurses (NQNs) during preceptorship”. Previously, I worked as a Practice Education Facilitator at Burton Hospitals Foundation Trust. My background as a nurse is Intensive Care Unit and I am passionate about these skills for our future nurses.

Research interests

I can write/speak/listen other languages (Punjabi/Hindi) and if required I can support individuals.

I am interested in research related to the learning experiences of students/newly qualified nurses.

I would like to work with colleagues to develop resources in simulation for nursing students.
