About

Greg is a Teacher Educator leading on primary Professional  Studies modules for both undergraduate and postgraduate primary teaching courses leading to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) at the University of Wolverhampton. He also teaches Religious Education on the undergraduate and School Direct Salaried courses. Greg is also involved in tracking and supporting Newly Qualified Teachers who gained QTS at the University of Wolverhampton.

Greg has run CPD courses to support teachers in managing their subject leadership roles and has also worked in schools to support NQTs and mentors to manage the Induction Year.

As a former Local Authority Curriculum advisor Greg supported Primary and Secondary teachers to engage pupils in learning as well as working with Primary schools to explore their approach to teaching and learning.

  • 1991 – 2001 Dudley Local Education Authority. Curriculum Adviser for Teaching and Learning. Responsible for developing and delivering professional development packages for Primary, Secondary and Special schools to improve standards of teaching and learning.
