About

A highly motivated nurse with forty two years’ experience in Adult, but mainly Children’s nursing. By adopting an ethical, honest and flexible approach to work, this has facilitated promotion to my current position as Head of Children’s nursing in 2003. The past twenty two years has enabled me to demonstrate a proven ability to manage a team of Lecturers educating students at degree & Masters level study.

An open door, hands on approach affords credibility and commitment, which is valued by students, colleagues and partners. Measurement of the success of collaborative working can be seen in consistently high scores in the National Student Survey and employability statistics.
