We will be holding Enrolment Fayres (Drop in sessions) for new students to the Institute of Health. Please see the table below for dates and venues.

These are “drop in” events and students are welcome anytime between the times shown.

Please bring with you two forms of ID one of which must be a picture ID i.e. Passport or Driving licence. 

These events are held during welcome week to allow you the time and opportunity to complete your enrolment tasks before teaching begins. It is crucial that if you need enrolment support that you attend one of these events as no time is set aside for student enrolment once teaching begins.

Course and Stand-Alone Module Information including dates and times can be found on the Institute of Health CPD website www.wlv.ac.uk/healthprofessions/cpd. It is your responsibility to confirm the dates and venue of your module before submitting an application. Individual module dates are NOT detailed on admissions letters/emails.

Although it is a great advantage to have enrolled online via E-vision and printed off your boarding pass before coming to the enrolment fayre, if you have not done so we can help you with your enrolment and facilitate a smooth start to your studies.

 

Semester 3

Semester 3 applicants are invited to either attend the semester 2 Enrolment Fayre or follow the Enrolment and Induction guidance below.

  1. Following submission of your application you will receive; submission confirmation, a welcome email and finally an OFFER email.
  2. If you have NOT received your OFFER email please contact Admissions admissions@wlv.ac.uk
  3. If you have received your OFFER then read it carefully and follow the instructions. Your OFFER will either be Conditional on you providing further information ( in which case you should contact Admissions)   OR Unconditional – follow the instructions by proceeding to your e-vision account and accept or decline the offer.
  4. Once you have accepted the offer an Enrolment Task link will become available to you on your e-vision page. You must register for your IT account and complete the Enrolment Task.
  5. After completing the enrolment task online (final screen) you must print off your Boarding Pass and take it along with 2 pieces of ID one of which must be a photo ID (passport or photo driving licence) to student office. The ID check will complete your enrolment.
