Safeguarding the Health of Children and Families (7NH002)

This module aims to provide you with opportunities to learn more about the promotion and protection of positive health in children and their families. Also to explore child development theories whilst considering social and cultural influences and analyse how health professionals can meet the health needs of children and their families through current evidence based practice. You will examine the role and responsibilities of the health professional in relation to child law and local policy.
