Initial Teacher Education CPD

We provide CPD courses that make clear contributions to individual and organisational development. Drawing on the Teacher Standards' as appropriate, we encourage participants to develop their skills as effective teachers by supporting the development of critical and reflective dialogue in relation to their practice. We appreciate that partnership working is key to school improvement.  We therefore recognise our unique and distinctive service in providing our partners with high quality CPD courses that enhance individual and school improvement across all teaching career phases.  Our partnerships with regional  schools, academies and colleges has appeal because of our focus on research informed teaching, access to research findings and the development of reflective practitioners through an academic overlay to in-house training.  In all cases our CPD provision is tailored to meet the needs of schools.
