SPEED Plus Regional Showcase and Networking event

SPEED Plus, part funded by the European Regional Development Fund is a business start-up project which offers a business support package to its successful participants in the form of specialist consultancy, development, advice and support.

The SPEED Plus Regional Showcase and Networking morning event will mark the success of many past and present entrepreneurs from a variety of degree disciplines who will showcase their products and services to the West Midlands region.

The free event will take place on September 10 from 10am until 12pm, held at the National Motorcycle Museum, based in Solihull.

This is a fantastic opportunity to come and find out more about the SPEED Plus project and have a look at some of the fantastic businesses which have started through the programme.

Students, graduates and visitors will also have the opportunity network with a great group of innovative people.

Some of the West Midlands’ brightest new companies including: Coniah Fashion House,

VOiD Games, SO Visual, QuickTicks Ltd and Happywrap will be attending the event.

David Hyner, a renowned professional speaker and director of Stretch Development Ltd will also guest star at the business event offering advice to future entrepreneurs.

A celebratory lunch will also be provided during an awards ceremony for the SPEED Plus entrepreneurs to recognise their entrepreneurial spirit.

Universities taking part include; The University of Wolverhampton, Keele University, Coventry University, Birmingham City University and Staffordshire University.
