Find a new path at Open Day

The University is hosting an Open Day at its Wolverhampton City and Walsall Campuses on Saturday, 7 March 2009.

The Open Day will take place from 10am until 4pm.

Prospective students and their friends and family can look around the facilities and take tours of the campuses. There will be an opportunity to meet lecturers for a range of courses and see the student accommodation.

Visitors will be able to talk to experts about money, careers and other vital information at the event.

Ashar Ehsan, Director of Marketing and Communications, said: “The University has a wide range of courses on offer whether you are interested in changing careers, gaining new skills or learning more about an interesting subject.

“Come along to the University of Wolverhampton to find out more on Saturday, 7 March. Visit Walsall if you are particularly interested in sport, music, dance, leisure and lifestyle, education, teaching, nursing and midwifery and City Campus if you are interested in any of our other subjects. Nursingis represented on both City and Walsall so visit the campus nearest to you.”

People can book online to ensure fast track entry on the day – visit www.wlv.ac.uk/opendays. A full programme of events is available on the University’s website to help people plan their day and not miss any relevant presentations.

There will also be a regular free shuttle bus service between the two campuses so people can be sure of finding out about all the subjects they’re interested in.
