Help for administrators and instructors

Administrators

In Turnitin, the administrators’ role is to create instructor accounts within their schools. All help for administrators can be found on the administrator training pages of the Turnitin website and administrator help center articles. Here is a link to the Turnitin Administrator Quickstart Guide.

Turnitin also offer a variety of 45 minute live training sessions via video conferencing. These are run by Turnitin specialists and participants are always encouraged to ask questions. The equipment you will need to access these sessions is a computer, internet connection and headphone/microphone.

Instructors

In Turnitin, instructors are the users that create classes and assignments before submission of student work can take place. An administrator needs to set up instructor accounts.
