Examination Timetable

Examination Timetables are normally published one month prior to examination periods.

You are strongly advised to check timetables regularly in the run up to your examination(s) as all details (i.e. room, time and date) are subject to change at short notice.

Please ensure you are familiar with the examination regulations.

Any queries relating to examinations should be directed to your student centre by logging a helpdesk call.

The Central Timetabling Unit

The Central Timetabling Unit (CTU) is responsible for:

The production and publication of the University's teaching timetable.

  • Liaison with other University departments to provide rooms and facilities to support teaching.
  • Collaboration with other University departments on projects to develop innovative teaching spaces such as LaTTE.
  • The booking of central teaching rooms for students, clubs and societies.
  • The booking of central teaching rooms for staff .
  • Conducting regular Space Audits to monitor the use of space and the accuracy of module bookings to improve space utilisation.
  • The management of content that appears on the central digital signage system.
