Equality and Diversity Manager
Cindy leads and manages the Equlity & Diversity Unit, providing specialist advice and support on strategic and operational E&D issues. This includes recommending university-level E&D objectives, supporting E&D planning at school and departmental level, advising on legislative requirements and best practice and supporting the delivery of a range of E&D projects and initiatives.
Bali is responsible for all administrative matters within the Equality & Diversity Unit (EDU), including financial processes, event management, support and diary management for EDU staff, technical support for the University's Equality & Diversity E-Learning modules and logistical support for the University's Staff Equality Networks. She is the initial point of contact for EDU and provides information and advice on a wide range of issues.
