The Research Supervisor Development Programme is a one afternoon development programme that aims to provide research supervisors with professional development that will enable them to support a typical research student throughout the life cycle of a research degree. The RSDP is also supplemented by a series of more in-depth workshops for experienced supervisors.
The Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice in Higher Education (PG Cert) is for teaching staff new to the University of Wolverhampton who do not hold an equivalent qualification or have less than three year's full-time teaching experience in HE (or equivalent).

Following on from the Postgraduate Certificate, University staff have the opportunity to register for an MA in Education and/or Doctor of Education by work-based learning.
