This strand of research incorporates projects within all strands that use and integrate video and other digital media.
A large proportion of CeDARE research has focused on innovative practice in curriculum and pedagogy, primarily in schools. Work has addressed reflective practice, ICT and games-based learning, and new approaches to learning and teaching in science.
Staff from CeDARE have been working on educational issues in this area for some time and are at the forefront of research in a number of key areas, notably early childhood education, bullying, young people’s sense of identity, and schools’ approaches to health.
