If you fancy representing the University in a competitive sport, or trying something new recreationally, our sports programme has something for everyone. The Students’ Union (SU) run over 10 competitive and recreational sports clubs across the Walsall and Wolverhampton campuses and it is open to anyone of any ability.
Membership of these clubs is open to current students of the University of Wolverhampton.
Being part of an SU club entitles you to personal Endsleigh insurance for participation, facilities, equipment, professional coaching and transport expenses to fixtures, competitions and training events

Sport is a huge part of your university experience.
It can help improve your physical fitness and to form great new friendships. SU clubs compete in British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS), local leagues and regional competitions. With a little of your commitment and the dedication of our professional coaches and instructors, SU Sport is sure to be an experience you will never forget. All our coaches and instructors have immense pride and passion to train students within our sports clubs and help them to realise their goals.
If you want to get involved come along to the SU Sports office at Walsall Campus and speak to your Student Sport Co-ordinator or Activities VP. Alternatively speak to one of the sports coaches or instructors at a club training session.
